Convocation Ceremony

Here I am, after a long break from writing, though this one also wont be a much bigger one. M back from Pune, left at 6.45 am in the morning, reached college, Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics, at 8.45 a.m, 2 hrs flat. Me and dad went for my convocation. Hence we took our santro. Top speed - 150 and i enoyed the drive today. Ne ways after reaching college we were greeted by our juniors, and after some refreshments we were given robes for the convocation. It was great to see friends after a long time. Good that most of the junta are in Bombay so get to see them though less but atleast once a month.

After we got the robes we were in photosession mode and u can see lots of pics (mine only 2 ;)) After that we were called for the ceremony. The guest of honour was Mr. Rajesh Mathur, President ESRI India and the chief guest was Mr Goel, an ISRO scientist. Dr. Majumdar was also there. Few people from cybertech and Fugro were also present there.

After their talks, we were given our certificates saying we have completed Our Masters in Geoinformatics, I secured O grade which means outstanding, i dont know which meaning to take. (Pictures dint come out well and i cant help it)

After the ceremony, the Poolside lunch which was great, really good, the ice cream was specially very good.

It was good to interact with the juniors and our distinguished faculties and friends. Am now back to home, packing for my next trip, this time its south of Hyderabad, in telangana region, Mahbubnagar district, our study area, will be there for 10-15 days depending on the completion of work. Hence u wont find me online for these days. Lets see if spared by naxals, will write something interesting.
